The hotel is well equipped, the staff is charming, but a hotel group. There is no special attention in the rooms: block, pencil, slippers, etc.. the individual customers it feel a bit neglected

Excellent hotel, got the junior suite, which was outstanding. Rooms at highest standard. Personal very friendly. Very nice pool, breakfast okay but a bit crowded around 9.00 AM. Did not eat in the hotel because of plenty other opportunities around the lake. Check out "7heaven". One of top 5 in Italy. A breathtaking view and an unforgetable dinner.
