Located in a wonderful part of the city this charming hotel met my needs exactly. Comfortable bed, clean and modern room with lots of space. Tasty breakfast in morning with out the feel of a congested larger hotel.
The cover for the bed was far too warm for me and I would have like to have a light blanket or sheet to cover with at night.

First, the remarkably friendly and very hilsfsbereite personnel, reception and breakfast service, great! you felt welcome bright and spacious room, but seemed a bit cool and sterile, beds! were placed unhappy, with very good comfort for a pleasant apple and juice the receiving and the Kettle (like in usa) safe, large cabinets slippers, everything was da.beste jam each with a hotel serving (from a farming family, fine, so what a nice idea breakfast over the roofs of Basel (5stock ) + it was the room and comfortable

The staff was friendly and very service minded. We appreciate the fruit and drinks were set up for hotel guests at the reception. Breakfast was good. Mobility card for trams and buses, we got to the hotel was super! We could get quickly to the different goals we would visit in Basel. The hotel's location was perfect, that is centrally located with tram and bus station close by and walking distance to the center.
What may be said that some negative was that they were possibly slightly overbooked Saturday to Sunday, which we noted at the Sunday breakfast (not enough personnel to clean up and cover for new guests). But this has not damaged the overall image of the hotel.

The warm welcome and comfortable beds.
There was, when we arrived at 0:01 very unpleasant smell in our room and we had to open the window a while. But the room was clean.
