Loved the location of the hotel and the facilities available. Also was very impressed with the water left in the room every day - also the afternoon tea which was very enjoyable and a very nice addition as I haven't come across it in any other hotel I've stayed in and we did enjoy it. All in all - very impressed and all being well intend going again next year d.v.
Not so much about the hotel as we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Just wish there was some means of transport from Bergamo laid on by the hotel as we found it expensive by taxi. The hotel may be able to provide a mini bus at a nominal price. Just a thought.

Good middle class hotel with few claims for holidaymaker
The quiet and very central location
The light in the bathroom is too dark, missing on the beautiful large balcony comfortable lie, the beautiful is a gardening unfortunately overgrown too much at breakfast lacking fresh juices, the coffee was, unfortunately, bad and sad that in only one restaurant, the slightly better selection of bread, sausage and cheese was.
