I used to stay in AC hotels during my stay in Spain.I prefer these hotels for a lot of reasons.There are comfortable enough,in all means very clean, quite enough with very well isolation,the service for every request is very acceptable and the prices are normal.

The internet access was very slow. It would be highly appreciated if the access code could be given upon requested when the wireless at the lobby was down. However the receptionist refused to do so.

Rooms were immaculate and bathroom was very large and well appointed. Location was also excellent as it is very central to all tourist locations. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

This was my second time at AC Diplomatic. The hotel is very nice, nice rooms and is located in walking distance to almost everything. We had a very pleasent stay.

The location and the size of the room. The breakfast was very good.
The staff in the breakfast room could smile abit more:-)
