Brilliant staff services, very polite and very good spoken english. I would recommend this hotel to my friends
I think the friendly staff is great and the well spoken English definitely is a great asset .
I dont really liked the bathroom, as the bathtub is quite dangerous for me to step down to the very narrow
toilet bow, which is dangerous as I nearly fell from the bathtub trying to get out of it. I cannot really explain as maybe in my room is not good. I am not sure if all rooms are like this. If so than it is not very good.

Nice hotel.Good location.
THE FACT THAT IT WAS ON lA RAMBLA.
THE LIFTS WERE TOO SMALL.WOULD NOT LIKE TO STAY MORE THAN A COUPLE OF NIGHTS AS THERE ARE NO FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN.THE ROOM WAS QUITE DATED AND NEEDED A REFURBISHMENT
