Hotel Exe Cristal Palace

Not a pleasant experience. We were given what we assumed to be the worst room in the hotel. We were only staying 2 nights, and asked if we could move to another room, not necessarily larger but at least not so depressing, and was told that maybe the following day. Since our stay was so short, it was not worth moving our things for only one night, so we just stayed put. The service was not terrible, but we had to ask for clean towels the following day when they had not been replaced.

Everything was to our satisfaction and the staff was responsive and service - minded. One thing that definitely did not meet up to our expectations was the promised "Cava and Chocolate"-serving included in our booking. The chocolate was not more than a symbolic little tiny piece of the five peseta type. That seemed greedy and was a disappointment of the unecessary type. A better piece of chocolate would not have crashed the profit for the hotel but would have saved us from being slightly disappointed.

The garage is really hard when the car is great and the hotel is complete. Places are limited and may not be a problem to park. However the hotel staff very kindly took care of the car to stay in a place appropriately.

Hotel perfectamnete located, very quiet back rooms. No one understands the difference in price between Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday € 80 and € 159 for the same service.
