Perfect room,nice design and friendly staff at reception. we had 2 connected rooms(2 adults and 3 small kids) and everything was nice and clean.
Our children left in their room 2 NEW pair of boots in closet.Called several times from our rented villa up north.Staff was friendly but nothing was found.It could not have been missed by housekeeping ,it was not brought down to "found-items"box....that was not correct.

The Europark Hotel is not in the center of the city, but is located in more quiet "barrio" of the city and in a perfect position to be everywhere using the Metro.
The Hotel is quiet. Staff is nice and professional. My room was quiet and clean and the bed is comfortable.
There are something in the structure of the Hotel that must be changed because is very old. For example the moquette is very dirty. My room was very little.
