Some room service staff were rude, and did not even bring in the food ordered. Bathrobes and slippers were removed during daily cleaning and not replaced, when we asked for it we were told that after 10 pm there was no housekeeping service!. The food quality was not good and I even had food poisoning after the last order. The airconditioning was not working and nobody cared to tell us about this until we asked why the temperature in the room was so high!. The gym equipment needs maintenance badly!.

The rooms were clean and fashionable. The hotel overall we liked it great, it was only 3 blocks from the metro station so you all could ever reach on foot or by metro.
We lived in the 7th Floor and the windows were sliding towards the road. Even with the window closed at night you could hear the cars but it was not dramatic :-)
