We received personal attention and fine service. This is a really good hotel in a great location in one of the world's most vibrant cities. Our front desk check-in person became an actual friend! It was not cheap, but the stay was worth it to us.
Why charge for room internet at all? It turns out that most guests get exempted from it anyway but it is confusing when you first encounter it. Given the price of rooms, why not just skip the small stuff? Yes, the hotel is starting to show signs of aging, and they are way too accommodating to smokers in the outdoor dining areas, but we have been to Barcelona at least a dozen times, and the Arts is the best hotel we have encountered.

Great staff and great location
The pool is way too small for such a big hotel and also it's impossible to enjoy it with so many kids in it.
You should build a second pool only for adults. Also people without kids should be able to enjoy the hotel
