Very variable quality of service at the reception - from good to VERY .. virtually absent. Wake-up call was forgotten for example - although reconfirmed several times. In the evening, the reception is not very "helpful" - but experience during the day-very good.

Good hotel, quiet and comfortable rooms. Not impressed by lobby, bar and restaurant but rooms are nice. Breakfast too expensive for quality and choice offered.

The location was perfect, especially since my daughter is studying in Barcelona and was close by. The staff was very gracious and kind to us since we spoke no spanish.

We got a very quiet room as requested. The roof terrace with plunge pool is a bit disappointing. The breakfast is very good.
