This is a hotel which advertises itself as the best gay hotel in the world. We are a straight couple. We were made to feel absolutely welcome by the friendly and helpful staff.
Some of the decor was a bit past its sell-by date, and our bedroom and bathroom, while clean, were rather tired and in need of a make-over. There is no reason in this day and age why hotels can't provide free wi-fi for guests.

The receptionist took a copy of my passport and credit card when I checked in?? That is very very strange and not very safe. When I was already up in my room after 5 minutes I got a call from the reception from an other receptionist and he was asking me to come down and pay immediately because the year was coming in end and they needed to complete the year report or something like that. I said that I will only stay one night and then it was ok to do the check out next morning. Very strange? The breakfast should include in their high prices.

The night receptionist was very friendly and helpfull when I checked out early in the morning.
The sauna department was very dirty, used towels all over, floors were almost black, used plastic water bottles in the sauna. The breakfast should include in their high prices.
