Well maintained hotel, very friendly people and good value for money.

Location.

On the day of check in, there was an electrical fault and referred us to another hotel of a lower category, which we were told it would be only for one night (with the disorder that leads to half undo baggage, etc). Planned and agreed with the hotel that stay circumstantial, but the NEXT day out. Mariano Cubi towards me to the clerk demanding the payment of that night!. As you can imagine, to get to Mariano Cubi, srta.de I told the reception that was not speaking with me after all the setbacks and disadvantages that I caused this failure, I went over the shame. The response of Ms. was not wasted. I said not to worry, that the 1 st night will deduct me! (Only needed). For that, I would have changed hotel directly, and I'm not packing up and down. I wanted to return to this hotel because I know him for several years and have gone with my family on several occasions. But honestly, I WILL NOT BACK AND DOES NOT recommend anyone! (It is a pity, for the location you have, but I think they have not lived up to) a separate comment: I had to pay taxis to transfer to that other hotel!

Nice rooms and nice cleaning. The staff extremely helpful. The distance to Las Ramblas was not insurmountable and it was easy to navigate.

We never saw velkomstdinken which was granted in our order. The apartment lacked a real "kitchen". Amenities = refrigerator, stove, sink, etc. were in order, but we could not really sit properly on a "dining table", because there was nothing. We felt there was someone (a part) noise from garbage truck every evening / night. Actually much, but it does not spoil the overall impression of a nice stay in Barcelona.

We had Don engargado aparthotel rooms and gave us two regular rooms, claiming we change one of the rooms for an apartment. The two rooms 309 and 409 there was a good calefacci''on and cold. The FUA 409 106 and changed by this if there was good heating. In the 306 we were given a blanket by telling half and at 12 at night we propusier''ion also change, but too late. People treated us very well. We had no parking space as we had requested.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern and spacious. It is well located.

The kitchen has almost no cooking utensils and the hotel can not provide more.

Well away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but still comfortable and centrally located traffic-favorable.
