Staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Great to have a fridge and tiny kitchenette though. You can add breakfast for 10 euros and worth it great selection. Had room service one night and the pizza was great. wouldn't hestitate to stay there again, great value for money too !! Metro station 5 min walk from hotel and v easy to find you way around on it and cheap
One thing Pillows could be a lot more comfortable and a ssare blanket or duvet would have been good hence why marked down slightly on comfort.
