The staff were very welcoming. They helped provide numbers for taxi service and I have already made reservations to go back and stay at one of their pond cottages next year!!!
Ireland was having a heat spell and they did not have any fans for air circulation. I slept with wet towel around my neck some nights. But the beauty and smiling facing of the community and staff overrides the discomfort of the heat. They needed the sunshine.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

The facilities are good i.e. swimming pool, tennis and pitch and putt. The grounds are well kept and enjoyable to take a stroll through.
Lack of additional pillows and blankets in the room. Also they apply the full breakfast charge for kids. I booked a family room but ended up getting a room with a one double and one single bed at the same rate as a family room.

We liked the pool and the staff were firm when needed but very helpful and friendly. Also the bar staff. The grounds were wonderful and very well kept, we enjoyed this very much. I like Bantry and the area but I felt that the town was letting the area down it was very grubby and dirty lots of shabby hordings and buildings.
The bedroom was lovely and clean lovely white bed linen but the room itself was a little cramped the double bed could be larger was rather outdated for the price.

WE ATTENDED A FAMILY WEDDDING AND EVERYTHING WAS SUPERB WE FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THE FOOD TOO WAS EXCELLENT THANK YOU FOR OUR ENJOYABLE STAY.

Having stayed in 2 other hotels in Cork on this trip and they were less than half the price of this hotel - one about the same and the other much better. It was way overpriced 119 for one night and 10 euro extra for a very ordinary breakfast. Breakfast was billed as being a great experience - not so. No grapefruit, half cooked sausages, only white toast on offer - no brown bread. The place seems a bit run down.

Staff were great,especiall young lad in the bar. Location excellent.

Hotel well run .Staff helpful and friendly. Food exellencent.Rooms quite spacious ,en-suite alittle on the small side.showera little hard to adjust temp keeps changing.

The food was great .Location good. Lesieure center great.
The fact that the en-suite was quite cramped and the shower hard to adjust.
