The weather was beautiful, the staff were A1, the food was out of this world, I will be staying again
The road outside of the hotel was in a bad way needs to be resurfaced

The rooms are big!
We checked out after the first night because of the noise in room coming from the street we may aswell have had no windows! We were ment to stay there for 3 nights also the service at dinner was outragous we had our 2 yr old daughter with us and she got no sleep. Never again!

The hotel is in an excellent Location, with fantastic views. Barntry is a lovely place and is somewhere I will go back to. The food was good, the rooms. I could not fault.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and the hotel was in the perfect location.
When we arrived the corridor was full of linen and rubbish but was cleared by the next day.

Staff were really friendly, pool was lovely and the breakfast is fantastic especially the pancakes!
This was our second visit and there was no restriction this occasion on the time the children could go to the pool in the morning which was brilliant as they were up at 7am rearing to go!

It was in the perfect location as i was attending lit. Festival. many of the events were held in the hotel. Room was very good a double room for a single person with a view of the sea. needed a more comfortable chair and more light there was no central light, this is a small gripe. it suited me perfectly for the 6 days, and underground carpark meant i didnt get wet during the rain.
One thing do they not have any manager, in breakfast room too many waiters falling over one another and yet I never got hot food. Must have been sitting in kitchen waiting for collection. No one in charge and the coffe often cold and always too strong.

The staff were efficint and v friendly. The hotel was v clean.
Getting to our bedroom was rather complicated. It involved taking 2 lifts and lots of walking.
