I think the underground parking is brill as it was raining so hard when we arrived and it was great to walk from the car to hotel dry.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was well laid out
The hotel was very nice but when I went to use the electric kettle it was not near a plug and had to be moved to a different location for use a simple thing I know but it was located on a shelf with the cups etc and should have been ready to use. I also found a clump of hair on the tiles over the bath also three lamps in the room were not working. I did point out about the lamps not working and the hair on the tiles to the receptionist and she was very apologetic and did refund money because of the inconvience caused to us. Also we had a meal of fish and chips in the bar and thought at €16.95 each it was very expensive as there was nothing only fish and chips on the plate.

We got married the saturday and we were upgraded from our regular room to the bridal suite. Have never seen a room like it. Pure class. Thanks again

At last, a modern style hotel! Comfortable and wide spaces, good garage. The rooms are nicely decorated.
There was no fridge, no kettle near the outlet. Upon arrival and leaving money on the card is lifted.

Everything was quite perfect
Just that I was not offered the rate of 69 euro for the single room which others got ---I paid the 99 euro I was quoted. I didn't request a better offer as I was not told of it being available. I attended the wedding Costello-Humphreys as did the two others who were offered this preferential rate.
