Location, location, location.
Air conditioning settings on thermostat did not really reflect the temperature it gave out. Had to turn all the way down to get air conditioning to work.

Rooms very basic and quite small, although bathroom was very large and modern (almost as big as bedroom).Quite a contrast. Also subject to bad odours often. Good location but a little disappointing.
