It is well situated for touring in and around Avignon. Room was well appointed and comfortable.
Parking is a complete fiasco. Bad enough finding the hotel but then to be directed by hotel staff to undefined parking area was a joke.

We found the staff polite and helpful. the room service was efficient. As the hotel is in the centre of Avignon it proved a good location for exploring the town. Also being in a room not overlooking the square it was quiet.

Hotel very well located and clean throughout. Pleasant room.
It was a little too hot in the room and the staff is friendly but not very prepossessing. The breakfast is rich but we expected better in terms of product quality, especially for a 3 star.
