The staff were very helpful,with a 2 year old in tow everything was laid on to facilitate. the food was good breakfast excellant and prices reasonable considering the hotel was full and busy the staff never looked overstretched

Had to leave notice on door to service room and when done they hadn't even wiped down the sink in the bathroom or changed the bins. The bar food was slightly offputing at times and depending on when you ate it was sometimes a bit cold and felt it had been there for a while.
It felt so relaxed and welcoming. The staff were helpful and courteuos.
