The bed was extremely comfortable.
The staff were ill-informed at best!
I phoned the hotel on 3 occasions prior to my arrival and was given incorrect information all 3 times! Some reception members were a little curt!

Everyone was so helpfull and friendly especially Lollita on reception, she went out of her way to assist us, her suggestion for an evening meal at the local Italian La Buco was very welcome.
Not a thing.

Made on line booking and booked a twin room for night to find we got a double room - I contacted reception and yes they said it was a twin booked but they had none available so no option but to accept double room at that stage - found that annoying.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the bedroom was so comfortable and the pool so relaxing it was THE best hotel I have ever stayed in. The bus stop for Dublin outside the hotel gates was a huge bonus and the hotel location allowed easy access for a day trip to Northern Ireland. There are so many historic sites like Newgrange and Slane castle just a short drive from the hotel.

Good location, easy access to Dublin. Nice decor and good range of facilities in the spa although it had no availability the day I wanted to book. Nice coffee at breakfast which is always a bonus.
The bath/shower had very poor pressure and was difficult to adjust the heat without getting too hot/cold. Breakfast range wasn't the best for veggies. Had to order beans and fried eggs separately. There was no soda bread or potato bread.
