The service of reception and the restaurant was excellent.
Despite the excellent quality of food the succession of the course was too fast. Unwillingness by the reception in case of bad weather, there were no umbrellas available. The structure is dated should improve windows (double glazed doors and windows). The comfort of the beds should be improved.

Lovely hotel and decor, breakfasts very good, excellent staff very friendly and helpful, fantastic views from hotel, very quiet and peaceful location. We chose a room with a mountain view which was cheaper than a seaview but nonetheless a pleasant room with a private enclosed courtyard and a four poster bed. I would recommend this hotel, which is not cheap but offers good value for money.

We economised with a mountain view room which was a good saving; the room was spacious with nice decor and a four poster bed, a roomy bathroom and a private enclosed forecourt. You can still enjoy the lovely view from the two hotel terraces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good served in a lovley room, very clean with very pleasant attentive staff. The pool was in a pleasant location. The hotel was relaxing and peaceful and central within Porto Cervo.
My only comment is that there needs to be more parasols around the pool, the number of parasols does not match the number of sunbeds and on two occasions we struggled to get a parasol even though the hotel was not full to capacity. I would also say that the hotel is quite expensive, however I would qualify this and say that within the context of Porto Cervo which can only be described as very expensive, the hotel offered good value for money in comparison with other hotels.

We generally found the hotel to be very good, the location and views outstanding. Staff very friendly and helpful, facilities good.

My only criticism would be the bathroom.... we were advised that we would have a bath as well as a shower, in actual fact it was a very, very small shower which was extremely claustraphobic and also found the breakfast menu to be limited and repetitive.

The education of the staff wasn t very satisfayting , some of them was wery rude. Becouse some time is happen that we was late five minutes 10.05, and the waiters was wery villain. Another thing that I found very bad, was the brekfast, it was always the same, the presentation was poor , and often missing a lot of thing .

I appreciate very much the location and the confort
