En todo momento nos hemos encontrado bien atendidos. La comida es buena. La ubicación tambien
Si, el agobio en general por el gran número de personas alojadas. Había que hacer esfuerzos para encontrar huecos de mesa para desayunar y cenar. El tiempo interminable de espera de los ascensores, invitaban a utilizar las escaleras pero al estar en la octava planta no podía ser ya que el intento podría acabar en síncope. Grandes dificultades para encontrar dos hamacas libres en la piscina. Y cuando se encontraba no podían moverse de posición por estar absolutamente juntas. Nos hemos sentido AGOBIADOS por estar el hotel lleno.

The location, really good and central to the best places of Playa des Americaa, Los Cristianos e Adeje. And the very nice gardens with swimming pools (although a bit crowded.
The hotel staff was always busy, and the room cleaning was always late (after 1 PM) and not so thorough.

After staying at the Conquistador for about the 20th time, I can honestly say that I have noticed great improvements regarding the food, refurbishment of some of the rooms (hopefully all of them through time) management now to be seen taking notice of complaints and dealing with them in a positive manner, soon they will be up to their **** rating.
I think they are struggling a little bit in numbers regarding dining room staff

Dirty, Lack of cleanliness, Lack of Leisure/games of interest Noisey at night - could hear the band from our room. Advertised as different entertainment every night but we failed to see this as the hotel tended to play the same music every night. The service in the restaurant was very poor - didn't have anyone to escort us to a table. The only thing we liked about the Hotel was that it was central to the town of Playa de las Américas.

Nothing in the hotel itself.

Hotel is in a great position. It is clean, comfortable and the food is both plentiful, varied and really nice! Entertainment was good too. We enjoyed a nice, relaxing holiday.

Room with pool view was excellent and standard of cleanliness was first class. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again
Not really, but should enforce the rule about reserving sunbeds a little more rigidly. Being woken up at 7am by the sound of sunbeds being shuffled about isn't great!
