I wanted a late check out they didn't provide that to me and the hotel was not full almost all hotels around the world if they are not full they let you check out late .

Easily accessible, comfortable hotel. Location near Central Station and the center of town. Beautiful, spacious and clean room, large bathroom / toilet. Pleased to park under the hotel (subject to availability) Friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet
Not serious, but: upon arrival we found a well-heated room, but lacked a manual for the room thermostat temperature a little bit in order to lower it.

From the minute we arrived, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern and nicely decorated. Our rooms were large, luxurious with comfortable beds and lots of wardrobe space. Also the room temp was just right (compared with some sweltering ones we have stayed in). The tv with BBC1 and 2 was an extra bonus. Breakfast was good and plentiful with lots of choice and seating always available. The hotel was ideally situated in a quiet side street (only 15 mins by taxi from the airport and 10 mins walk to the main shopping area. The old town about 20 mins walk.) Overall one of the best city centre hotels we have stayed in for the price (approx £35 pppn with Eurobookings)and would definitely stay there again!
