That the hotel was closed. We had this hotel booked through your site. By taxi from Dalaman airport to Dalaman Park Hotel altos bring. Close. No alternative. With taxi drove around to another place. So very poorly regulated.

The staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. We landed on a Sunday when the restaurant and were closed, but they heled us with takeaway menus and served us drinks as well.
