Staff generally very good, except the lady at the reception, with Argentine accent, very arrogant and antipática.Un 5-star hotel may not have a receptionist so.

On departure at the reception only employees with whom no communication was possible, because other than Spanish was spoken a foreign language. Only on repeated demand was taken from another area one employee who spoke little English. When you check in, there was no such problem (German-speaking and very friendly staff). Operating personnel at the breakfast buffet (for 5-star something very little choice!) Obviously overwhelmed and stressed out and not very friendly accordingly. A hot chocolate was for two-time winner of demand served first and only lukewarm milk with a statement that the cocoa powder on it. To get buffet room clean then and tidy, but a five-star hotel has in itself no missing tiles in the bathroom or clearly verkrazte wallpaper, especially as it is to be renovated now. LAN slowly, but just barely tolerable.
