Friendly, helpful staff and excellent location for a summer visit.
Crazy, impossibly small parking spaces. Car mirrors have to be folder in and climb out the car window just to fit into the riduculous sized auto spaces in the garage beneath the hotel. I paid for parking at check in before understanding the parking arrangement. Unless you have a moped (Smart cars would probably be tight), park elsewhere!

The 6th floor pool sauna Turkish bath Jacuzzi, letout included in the price of the bedroom. Breakfast (buffet very complete) included in the price (very low for the level of benefits), having dinner in the evening on site for 12 Euros (buffet abundant)
Full parking / forced to park in a parking lot outside, but not too far though. Hotel a little out of the center.

Free access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym. The proximity of downtown and the quiet of the room. The continental breakfast buffet.
The water in the jacuzzi was a little suspicious, stench.
