It's location. Also two people at the reception -- a lady and a gentleman with the long hair -- both were very friendly and cheerful.
There was one more person at the reception who seemed a little grumpy at times.

The location is perfect; right in front of the railway station. It was helpfil for me because I had a big and heavy suitcase. Staff was so kind and the restaurant he recommended to me was so great. Room was new and clean. Breakfast was fine. It was a little buffet style one.
