Excellent location, very friendly and competent staff, sore breakfast, really not at a hotel of this class in northern Europe, especially given the very high cost not included in the room.

We have been staying at this hotel fairly regularly over the past twenty years and we have always been impressed by the service we receive. Almost without exception we have appreciated the courtesy of the staff especially on the front desk.
