The members of the Reception Staff and the manager on-duty were exceedingly helpful. Their care and concern for resolving a travel problem not associated with the hotel was very professional while also demonstrated empathy for our situation. They went considerably out of their way to assist us.

Concierge was an amazing man, most accomodating. Thank you. Our room was beautiful, spacious and it was in exactly the right location for a first time visitor to Amsterdam as you can walk almost anywhere!.
