The staff were the best; the room was clean and big enough.
The lighting could be improved. Main room lighting was a little weak and bedside reading was a little difficult.

Location was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was nice and very comfortable bed. Had a very secure feeling, which was important since I was traveling
with my teenage granddaughter!;
Wish wifi had been included !

Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, mooie centrale locatie, goede bedden, goed sanitair
Geen bar/lounge, aanwezige horeca, o.a. voor het ontbijt, zeer matig.
Junior suite waar wij verbleven niet optimaal onderhouden: lampjes in badkamer/toilet die kapot waren, kasten met scheefgezakte deuren, maakte sleetse indruk.

Das hotel war überbucht und daher das zimmer nicht frei (trotz anruf am selben tag zu mkttag und info über late arrival) frechheit!
