A very luxury hotel, very friendly and helpfull staff!

The luxury of the suite, free drinks and snacks for the guests!

Main reason for choosing Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel: Location

The hotel was located on a relatively quiet street but within walking distance of shopping, transportation, restaurants and everything you needed to make your visit great. The air conditioning was not the best, but that is Europe. The bed was not new, but they were in the process of updating the hotel. For the most part, it was a great stay and everyone working for the hotel was extremely helpful. I definitely would stay there again.

The helpful employees going out of their way to make us comfortable.

Nothing I did not like, however it was in the process of improving what needed updating.
