Very professional staff, comfort and cleanless. Breakfast was superb as well.
Only one thing, that room was with at the last floor with inclined side wall limiting room space, that has not been indicated before arrival. In order to avoid making complaint and ask for replacement of room, accommodation arrangement was accepted, but in future, that confirmation will be requested before arrival.

We booked 2 standard double rooms but were upgraded to the Amsterdam Suite and a deluxe room.
The breakfasts were too expensive

We did not take breakfast in the hotel as too expensive given the competition from cafes in the area. very efficient front desk staff.

Basically we liked the hotel and the meals were fine. We telephoned to say we were arriving early and they accomodated us. The first room we were given was not satisfactory on the top floor with the steps down to the bathroom but we given another room on a lower floor which was good.

The concierge and the reception staff were very helpful.
There wasn't enough light in the room and it was too dark most of the time. Also, it was not possible to turn on the bathroom light at night without turning on all the lights in the room.
