Courteous helpful staff and the location is close to our family in Amsterdam.
The lighting in the room is VERY poor. It's almost impossible to read at night.

Location! Friendliness.
We were very disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the front office desk with regards to rates, including whether breakfast was included? Some people were charged for breakfast some not - this is unfair.
When we had questions, they told us we had to call "accounting" during business hours during the week.

Gute Betten. Nespressomaschine, wo sogar Pads und Tee dafür bereit lagen (nur in den Exekutive-Zimmern). Nähe zur Tramhaltestelle, welche in 13 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Es war sogar möglich Bahntickets im Hotel Zu kaufen. Schöner Park mit See direkt am Hotel.
Gute TV-Programme in allen möglichen Sprachen.
Badezimmer-wenn man es so nennen kann! In den Exekutive-Zimmern befindet sich das Waschbecken im Zimmer neben dem Bett. Die Toilette und die Dusche sind nur mit einer Milchglaswand vom Rest des Zimmer getrennt. Diese Glaswand ist oben offen, so dass sämtliche Geräusche und Gerüche ins Zimmer dringen.
