Interaction with staff, especially bar manager who provided information concerning area and made reservations for dinner that night while we having a drink and snack after check-in.

We upgraded our roon to a junior suite since that was available when we wanted to check in. Room was fine and took advantage of the percs that came with the upgrade.
I would have liked the location to be closer to city center. I found it to be a bit of a walk.
