Room smaller than expected ofr the cost, staff excellent, journey from reception to room not good

The staff is not polite.

Our stay was for three nights. We found the hotel was within walking distance to Amsterdam Train Station (5 Minutes).The staff were very courteous and friendly.The room was very clean and tidy and comfortable.Even though they had no restaraunt, there were plenty of restaraunts near by,even next door.So meals weren't a problem. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so we can't comment on their breakfast.

Very good location. very clean. Staff so so (depends on who you see). no problem at all except if you want to stay a bit longer in your room.

It was nice, just as nice as any expensive hotel. They forgot my wake up call, so why should I say anything nice about them.

It's a quiet and neat place with charming service. I have been there twice recently and both rooms were great and comfortable. Free Wifi is a plus. I only think that breakfast should be included in the rate.

We liked it very much. Its a high standard hotel which is located right in the center. All these qualities compensate for the expensive room.

A comfortable hotel close to all the sites making it perfect for a siteseeing break.
