The functionality of the furniture, furnishings and design of the bathroom. Hot and cold water works fine

1.The temperature in the hallway and the room is too hot ---> energy waste 2.The knowledge of the staff at reception are to be improved, such as where you can send a packet, the staff knows absolutely nothing. 3rd prize-money and quality of the breakfast is not good. Fruit salad tastes like chemicals, meat and cheese no longer tastes good. 3.A car to transport several of Gäpäck from the bottom of the room or vice versa are not always available. 4. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We can't praise them enough. Plenty of smiles and all were attentive to our needs. They were all a huge credit to you. The room was very comfortable, and the food was very good. We are so impressed that we will definitely stay there again.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the lack of coffee-making equipment in our room. We are used to it here in the UK, even in budget price hotels.

We stayed for 2 days and it was great. We did not spend much time in the hotel however, everything was great during our stay.

Staff hospitality and convinient location

Just something you can change is the directions to get to your hotel. On your site it explains taking the train and getting off at the Slotedijk station. From that point we had no idea how to get to your hotel. I think it would be better to explain your directions by telling your visitors to take bus 48 from Centraal station and get off at (I think) Kabel stop. This is in front of your hotel and much easier for customers who have not been to Amsterdam before.

This hotel is easily accessible by bus and metro. It may look quite a distance by metro, it takes only about 15 mins by bus from central station. It is clean, tidy and well maintained. It is certainly value for money. The staff who attended to me were friendly and responsive.
