Beds were very soft and nice - i loved it, but my husband found the bed a bit too soft day staff was very helpful and nice, what I can't say about night staff (may be a lack of sleep?) The advice is to check in during day. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Carparking was very handy

I had two rooms: the second was excellent, the former adequate to good. Location was very good. Parking outside is a real issue
Tariff was too high I thought and they charged Euros 5 per half hour for the internet. Would however recommend once the drop the absurd charge for the internet (now way out of date) and reviewed the tariff slightly (I travel internationally six months a year)

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We should at all times, the Hotel des Arts book again.
