The first time was appalling, especially room service in terms of bringing the right food and plates and utensils. We complained and better the second time.
The first stay was well below par. We complained and the second stay was better. I object, though, to be harassed to sign the breakfast receipt before I have even eaten and the attitude of the woman in charge of the breakfast receipts.
