A nice hotel - but it needs a little refreshment . Have stayed there many times the last ten years and some new things could do good,

Good hotel

Beautiful hotel, centrally located, large and impersonal. Not have the luxury of the hotel but the attention and enthusiasm of the staff makes this hotel worth.

Good located, too big, nice special suites on channel.

The location is great - right in the centre of Amsterdam and within easy walking distance of everywhere. The hotel is large, but the service was friendly and I would stay there again.

The Check in facility of your hotel leaves a great deal to be desired.You are a five star hotel and offers a 3 star service with not enough staff on duty and or parties booked in in advance.The reception area as a result was awash on occasions with unhappy people just arriving let alone leaving.The overall design of the entrance leaves a guest feeling restricted in that you come in the main door and you are presented with que's of unhappy people - you need to redesign and put the reception over at the far wall oposite the entrance. This will open up the entrance and at least move the unhappy people to the back of the current reception area and they will be facing away from the mail entrance.Then you need to deal with parties of 4 or more at a group bookings area so individual guest can experience the 5 star service you sugest you offer.Why cant your people have all of these parties pre packaged?star.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, GREAT FOOD, GREAT BREAKFAST, VERY NICE ROOMS, GOOD FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS AS WELL AS FAMILY/COUPLES. A BIT OF A PROBLEM WITH THE HEATING SYSTEM, EXTRA HEATER PROVIDED SOLVED THE PROBLEM. WE LEFT A PAIR OF SHOES, THAT WERE LATER ON FOUND AND SHIPPED TO US!
