We enjoyed our room in the Royal Wing

Every thing ws fine including the lunch with my two guests in the Winter Garden on Sunday the 21st of October. Something strange happened. I was told that the Lunch for the Winter Garden was fully booked when I tried to book it at the time I booked the room, and even on the Saturday evening after I had booked in, I was told by the Head Waiter it was fully booked. The Sunday morning whilst at breakfast I asked the Head Waitress if it were possible to book a table for three for lunch, she said "No Problem" and even let me chose a table. I was then very pleased because I had promised a lunch in The Winter Garden for my two friends. The lunch was even nicer because of this.

Good location - good quality , smogy rooms

Nothing in particular. Have stayed at the Krasnapolsky many many time before this one and intention is to continue staying there in the future

Very expensive hotel,breakfast not included in price?

I was sorry to have been given a very bad room. Very dirty especially the bathroom. Fortunatelly there was a leak in the plumbing system so I was upgraded to a better room. That was totally different from what I ever thought of the hotel premises.

Booking via internet. 4 rooms. not together on one floor, but divided through the hotel. Ridicully. I asked a staffmember to change. Was to much work!!!!! Never will book through internet.

Looking forward to stay at your hotel again !!!!!!!!!
