Fortunately I had one of the newwly renovated rooms towards Warmoesstraat. It was very nice quiet and evenly temperated. Well worth its money. Brekfast was ok but not as fancy as it used to be a few years back. Some of the waiters where gone and replaced by coffee machines that is quicker but less charming.

Our stay at the hotel was good, there was welcome, the rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable. Just a little trouble with a card that does not work, they were quickly resolved.

Staying at the Krasnapolsky is always a pleasure. Nice staff members, no waiting and a nice soft bed with fluffy pillows and all the other conforts.

Staff was courteous, hotel and rooms were clean. The hotel is centrally located to whatever the guest is looking for, red light, shopping, sight seeing and gambling
The beds were too small and I would have liked an open WIFI instead of paying if I was in the room

I had a new room so it was good but friends that we travelled with had an old room which was disgusting.
The front reception staff could have been more helpful and understanding with someone that had justr travelled 26 hours all the way from Australia.
