Wij verbleven op de vierde etage en hadden naar verluid dus een nieuwe kamer. Het was tip top in orde. Een perfecte locatie naast Leidseplein, heel geschikt voor een weekendje A'Dam!!!

Zeer prettig.
Aardige ontvangst aan de frontdesk.Er was iets verkeerds gegaan met de save, binnen vijf minuten was er iemand om het op te lossen.
Het heeft een aantal uren geduurd voordat de wifi voor ons in orde was. Bellen met frontdesk en buitenlandse helpdesk hielp niet.
Personeel van de frontdesk was zeer hulpvaardig, maar was niet in staat het probleem snel op te lossen.
Dit mag niet gebeuren in zo'n hotel!

Very convenient to trams, museums, restaurants; also I liked the fact that, although we had to prepay, we had up to late afternoon on the first day of our stay to cancel and get full refund.
I rated the staff lower because we were confused with another couple (similar last name)and they were given a room before us; we waited almost 3 1/2 hours before I checked with the desk and indicated that we had been waiting for quite a while. Even later that evening we were called concerning our registration.

This is a fantastic hotel, great central location. staff could not be more helpful. i would certainly recommend this to all age groups, i went wit the girls. walking distance from bars, tram stop from attactions/dam square and red light distract.
I am booking this hotel again to go with my husband, highly recommend it.

Breakfast is good, a bit expensive if we take the full formula but prices are modulmable. Servers charming.
Bed for two rather narrow and bathrooms a little small.
