A pesar de ser un hotel grande el ambiente familiar y de amabilidad se percibe Una de nuestras amigas estuvo con un gravisimo problema de salud los dueños y todo el personal estuvo muy dispuesto a ayudar y preocuparse , situacion que no se ve a menudo Quiero agradecer personalmente y no faltara la ocasion de volver y recomendarlos en todos los aspectos
Todo excelente ,ubicacion desayuno vista etc

Main reason for choosing Hotel Miramalfi: Reputation
Because of the beautiful vistas of the Amalfi coast was the best hill. Few guests because it was low season, and very good service, friendly staff gave me in response to the reception desk, such as day trips to Pompeii and consultation Capri. Slowly toward the hotel and spend suggest. However, located just about less than 10 minutes walk from the center, the road was dark during the night.
There is moderate tepid water of the shower the day at around 10:00 pm. Now many customers call the front desk, we are using, I was told to wait 30 minutes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful
The website advised that the pool was available from April. When we arrived we were told that it is not available for use until June - a bit disappointing
