Las piscinas, playa y entretenimiento
Me gustaria que los baños no tengan mal olor y estuvieran con un ambientes mas agradable.
En cuanto a la comida me parecen bien las opciones, pero hay mucha comida derramada, moscas y uno tiene que hacer filas para ingresar, por lo menos los dos dias que yo estuve en la torre 4 me toco esperar y hacia mucho calor.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, lo verde, el ambiente,
El personal que atiende en los restaurantes NO ES ATENTO, por lo contrario muestran una actitud poco servicial principalmente los que estan sirviendo la comida, las que reparten bebidas eran mas amables.
Tienen mucho que mejorar en cuanto a la personal, uno espera una actitud servicial, ustedes venden servicios y encontrarse con personas que pariera les pesa servir no es agradable y motiva a NO REGRESER NI RECOMENDAR el lugar.
