Main reason for choosing Mercure Hotel Hannover City: Location
I actualy really enjoyed may stay but the room was never cleaned prober & there where quite a few issues regarding room equ. when I was going to check out the lady on the reception was telling me to clear my minibar bill which I never used & she gave me the imprsion that she did not believed me rather the asking me for the parking space payment which I never used eather. I also forgot a calendar in the room however I tried to contact the hotel a few times but nobody could help me with this, which is quite a poor service!!
I enjoyed the friendly staff on the reception due to my stay, accept the check out, please see above.
As already mentioned above the cleaning staff was really poor & as I come from a hotel backround I was really shocked how they cleaned the room.
