Almost all the staff were well trained and I felt that the hotel was one of the best in Zurich from all aspects. I'll visit again this hotel.
The hotel provided a service to act for me an early check-in of Swiss International Airlines at Zurich Central Railway Station with my luggage only in 15 minutes, which was helpful to the hotel guests.
