I arrived several hours before the 1p.m. check-in time but my room was available in 15 minutes. The reception and hotel staff were all helpful and charming. The breakfast was adequate and again the service was very friendly. Excellent location, within walking distance to downtown Zurich. I plan to return in August.

The staff were very good well behaved. They arranged for an early breakfast at 4.45am as I had to catch the morning train at 5.20am. Rooms were to standards.

We arrived late at night and received a wonderful welcome from the lovely Albert. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Everyone in this hotel is friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay in Zurich - particularly for those travelling by train, as you can see the station from the front door!

I found this hotel quaint, comfortable and within walking distance to much of the sights and services I wanted to experience in Zurich. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with my unique needs at check-out.
I would have liked a bit more of a substantial breakfast, perhaps some fruit in addition.
