Sleep soundly in the spacious, double bedrooms which feature either double or twin beds, subject to availability. Some apartments also feature a double sofa bed in the lounge. Enjoy parquet floors, contemporary furniture and plenty of naturl light.

Area information :

The Auhabitatzaragoza Apartments are located near the majority of Zaragoza’s sights and enjoy a very central location. You can walk into the city centre and take a stroll around the many shops, bars and restaurants. Enjoy an authentic espresso in the pleasant plaza and visit the impressive, Arabic-style Aljafería Palace. Zaragoza is an important centre of culture in Spain thanks to the famous site of the Expo and the presence of many museums and art galleries.

Important information :

Apartments are cleaned before arrival and although a cleaning service is not included in the rate, guests can request this service for an additional cost. Apartments are equipped with cleaning products. There is no fee for the end of stay clean.

To finalize the reservation a member of staff will contact the guest.

Guests are then asked to indicate their expected time of arrival at the apartment. Here, guests will be met by a member of staff who will hand over the keys to the apartment and answer any questions the guests may have. After checking the condition of the apartment, the remaining amount of the total fee must be paid.

Cancellation Policy:	If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Deposit Policy:	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:	7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Meal Plan:	This hotel has no meal services.
