Zuiderduin Beach Hotel offers you every comfort and amenity to make your stay an unforgettable one! Each of the hotel’s four stars is well deserved!
If you feel like relaxing you can visit the sauna, the heated outdoor pool or the solarium. For something slightly more energetic, what about a game of tennis, jogging on the football pitch (reserve pitch beforehand), going hiking or taking a refreshing dip in the sea?
For culinary delights you can visit the Nautica Bistro or the à la carte restaurant.
If you stay at the hotel in May, June, July, August or September, we can reserve a beach hut for the duration of your visit. Our beach huts come complete with wind and sun screens and two beach chairs

All guest rooms have a private bathroom with shower, most rooms also have a bath. All rooms have a color television and a telephone. We also offer two-storey apartments equipped with a kitchenette that are large enough for up to four persons. Whether you come alone or with your family, you will always find accommodation to suit your needs.
Special rooms are available for non-smokers. You are welcome to bring your dog provided you notify the hotel in advance

The gastronomic restaurant in the hotel has a modern character. Our chef will present his culinary fantasies to you at a family diner, or at lunch. The meals are French with local Zeeuwse influences. Of course our specialty is fresh fish, especially in the Nautical Bistro, but the meat lovers are not forgotten!
At the Beachclub you can enjoy lovely meals; from pasta's and salads to lobster and fish specialties.

The Zuiderduin Beach Hotel is ideally located between the bustling beach resorts of Zoutelande and Westkapelle. A unique spot in the popular Zeeland area. An area that is a major Dutch tourist attraction but large enough to offer you peace and quiet to relax in. If you visit Zeeland in the winter, autumn or spring, you will discover that the charms of sand and sea are not restricted to the summer months alone. The beach by the hotel is the only Dutch beach that's faced south.
The Walcheren peninsula is a patchwork of fields, pastures, picturesque farms, winding lanes and lovely villages. Its beautiful beaches and high dunes encircle what is known as the 'Garden of Zeeland'

Fletcher Hotel Zuiderduin is located between Zoutelande and Westkapelle, at the foot of the dunes of the Dutch south beaches. The hotel is easy to reach by car or taxi, as well as with public transport

By car:
From Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Antwerp drive in the direction of Bergen op Zoom. After Bergen op Zoom the A58 direction Vlissingen. Go straight ahead after the first junction with traffic lights in Vlissingen. After crossing the railway and bridge, you will come to a junction with traffic lights. Turn right, direction Koudekerke (N660). After approx 3km, you will find a T-junction. Turn left in the direction of Westkapelle and Zoutelande (N288). Follow the signs in Zoutelande in the direction of Westkapelle. After approx 2km outside of Zoutelande you will find a sign with 'P Strand' to your left side. Turn left into the Bucksweg. Our hotel is at the end of this road.

By public transport:
We advise train travelers to get off the train at NS Station Middelburg. Here you can take bus 53 (direction Westkapelle and Domburg), that will take you directly to Hotel Zuiderduin. The bus stop is in front of the station, at the other side of the canal. Get off at bus stop Melsesweg, across the street of campsite Janse. Walk in the direction of Westkapelle (for about 3 minutes), until you see the 'P Strand' sign at you left hand side. Turn left into the Bucksweg. Our hotel is at the end of this road.

When taking bus 56, which also at the bus stop of Middelburg station, get off the bus at stop Hervormde Kerk in Koudekerke and change to bus 53. Traveling this route, will save a lot of time.

Please note, most of the hotel is completely non-smoking. Only a limited of smoking rooms are available.
