Welcome to the Rathaus Hotel in the pretty town of Wernigerode. The hotel is situated in the city centre, just 50 m away from the historic town hall and the Gothic House. It is the best point to start your tour around the historical town of Wernigerode or to the beautiful surroundings of the Harz.

Go for a stroll through the lively pedestrian area and the small alleyways with timber-framed houses. The historic town hall, the "Gothic House", the smallest house and much more await you here in Wernigerode. Discover the wonderful landscape of the national park, the dam with its crystal clear water, and visit the Brocken mountain: the traditional "Harzer Schmalspurbahn" railway takes you right up to the summit.
